We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. Just ship your purchase back in the condition you received it within 30 days of your purchase to receive a full refund. Certain sale items and all custom or team items are not eligible for returns. 

As of January 1, 2022, we no longer offer exchanges.  If you feel the product that you received was defective, you can email sales@teamuptop.com and we will work to accommodate you.
